Ingredients:

Raw cow’s milk – delivered within 20 minutes of milking.
Vegetarian rennet.
Sea salt from Spain.
Smoked with beechwood

Description:

DRUMLIN SMOKED is a natural hard cheese. It is matured for at least 6 weeks. Due to being a smoked cheese the taste is slightly sharp. The brown rind is edible. The cheese itself is yellow.
