Description:

Quivvy is a soft goat’s cheese preserved in olive oil. The goat’s cheese has a very clean and pungent taste that combines beautifully with the Greek kalamata olive oil, used to preserve the cheese. Sun dried tomatoes are also added to each jar, underlining the summer sunny aroma of this cheese. Quivvy is very much a seasonal cheese; available from April to October bit it keeps particularly well (approximately 3 months) because the cheese comes in an airtight jar. That way you can enjoy Quivvy nearly all year round.
