Ingredients:

Raw cow’s milk – delivered within 20 minutes of milking.
Vegetarian rennet.
Sea salt from Spain.
Green whole peppercorns.

Description:

Drumlin Green Peppercorn is a natural hard cheese. It is matured for a minimum of 6 weeks. The taste of the cheese is mild. Although the green peppercorns are mellow there is a definite pepper taste. The cheese is a lighter shade of yellow. The dark yellow rind is edible.
