Sea salt from Spain.

Description:

Garlic and Red Pepper is a natural hard cheese. It is matured for a minimum of 6 weeks. The taste is mild yet the garlic & red pepper bring what has been called a mediterranean zing. The cheese has a true garlic lovers taste, no half measures. The dark yellow rind is edible.
