Raw cow’s milk – delivered within 20 minutes of milking.
Vegetarian rennet.
Sea salt from Spain.
Cumin (whole seeds)

Description:

Drumlin Cumin is a natural hard cheese. It is matured for a minimum of 6 weeks. The taste is mild and the cumin compliments the milk taste. The cheese is a lighter shade of yellow. The dark yellow rind is edible.
